Change a User's Agency (Agency Administrator Role)

You may be contacted by the Support Desk to change a User's agency. This typically occurs when a User leaves their job at one agency and takes a job at another.

The process to do this for an Agency Administrator differs from the other roles and requires communication between the Support Desk and developers to update the role in the FTEM database. Please contact the Support Desk for assistance .
